What will you do?
You contribute to strategic and operational improvement programmes across our portfolio companies, supporting colleagues and management teams with analysis, preparation and execution of growth initiatives.
- Supporting the development of long-term strategies (3–5 years) through market research, analysis and workshops
- Analysing challenges and setting up improvement initiatives
- Contributing to add-on integrations and follow-up of action points
- Building practical templates and playbooks
- Helping professionalise our value creation approach
Your personality
- Analytically strong (in Excel) with a sharp eye for detail
- Structured and process-driven; you separate main from side issues
- Curious and eager to understand new business models and sectors
- Social and a clear communicator and presenter
- Proactive: you think along and take action
- You get energy from a small, entrepreneurial team
Your background
- Completed master's degree in business, economics, econometrics, engineering, finance or a technical field
- Previous internships in strategy consulting, private equity, corporate strategy or an operational/commercial role
- Fluent in Dutch and English
