Investment Director

As Investment Director you build successful buy-and-build trajectories and value creation across our portfolio from the front line. You own the full investment process — from deal sourcing to exit — and report directly to the partners.
Where will you work?
One Two Capital is an independent investment firm based in Amsterdam, founded in 2020. We invest in strong, successful companies in the Netherlands and Belgium, focusing primarily on business services, healthcare, HR and IT.

What will you do?
- Origination and sourcing of new investment opportunities
- Leading commercial, financial and legal due diligence
- Drafting and negotiating SPAs and other transaction documentation
- Strategic guidance of portfolio companies alongside management
- Identifying buy-and-build opportunities and guiding add-ons
- Maintaining relationships with entrepreneurs, advisors and co-investors
- Managing and coaching associates and analysts
- Sparring with the partners on progress, risks and strategic choices
Who are we looking for?
- University degree in finance, economics, econometrics, business or engineering
- 7–10+ years of experience in private equity, M&A, strategy consulting or corporate development
- Proven track record in executing deals and supporting portfolio companies
- Strong in financial modelling, valuation and negotiation
- Self-starter with strategic thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong communicator, persuasive and relationship-driven
- Fluent in Dutch and English
