What will you do?
As Financial Controller you play a key role in managing, analysing and reporting financial information across our funds, holdings and management entities. You work closely with the CFO and liaise with fund administrators, accountants, tax advisors and investment partners.
- Monthly and quarterly reporting at fund and entity level
- Coordinating annual accounts and audit processes
- Financial support during investment and divestment processes
- Managing and optimising cash flow and liquidity
- Analysing budgets, forecasts and performance KPIs
- Supporting tax filings and compliance
- Designing and improving internal financial processes and systems
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's/master's level in finance, accounting or business economics
- 4-6+ years of experience in private equity, accountancy or corporate finance
- Experience with consolidation, fund structures and holding administration is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communicator, independent and team-oriented
- Fluent in Dutch and English
